This can be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:info@class.ca\">classoffice@bell.net <\/a>\u00a0 or mailed to the address below:<\/p>\n<address class=\"reg-address\">CLASS Memberships<br \/>\n2334 Heska Rd.<br \/>\nPickering, Ontario L1X 0K1<\/address>\n<p>3) Pay $600 application fee. This includes your first year dues($500.00)<\/p>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"regular-lists\">\n<li>This will include a basic web site listing for your practice as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/class.ca\/fr\/\">www.class.ca<\/a> website.<\/li>\n<li>Election to membership requires a two-thirds affirmative vote of the Board of Directors. Prior to consideration by the Board of Directors, the names of all applicants are submitted to the membership. Members may send comments to the Secretary who will then present the comments to the Board for their consideration.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who are not approved for membership will be notified in writing of the decision only upon written request.<\/li>\n<li>Unsuccessful applicants may appeal the decision of the Board of Directors according the Bylaws of the Society.<\/li>\n<li>Unsuccessful applicants will have a refund of $500 of the initial $600 paid by the applicant (the application processing fee is $100 and is not refundable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"primary-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/class.ca\/cart\/?add-to-cart=5324\">Pay Application Fee<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To become a member follow the steps below: 1) Download and complete all areas of the application.
